Bill Foose began his real estate career in 1972 after graduating from the University of Mississippi. Bill's expertise is in land acquisition and sales development, both infrastructure and commercial and industrial buildings. Before joining The Stainback Organization, Bill operated Bill Foose Company, a real estate brokerage and investment company and was president of Connell Development Co. from 1977 to 1990.
At The Stainback Organization, Bill oversees the development team in its retail and commercial projects. His humble leadership is an inspiration to the entire organization. Bill and his wife Carolyn reside in University Park. Bill also serves on the city of University Park Planning and Zoning Commission.
