Mark Parks is the Vice-President of The Stainback Organization, joining the company in 1999. After earning a BS in civil engineering from Texas A&M in 1993, Mark went to work at BSW International architectural firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Subsequently, he joined Doucet and Associates, an engineering firm in Austin, Texas, for three years. He then moved to Dallas where he earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2000.
Mark's primary responsibilities include engineering oversight, site selection, site planning, due diligence and project management.
